Getting ready for success

Sixth form students from Worthing College took part in an event designed to develop their employability and interview skills. The event, which involved more than 150 students, was hosted by Norwich Union in Worthing. They also provided members of staff to work with the students and advise them on the recruitment process, preparing for interviews and how to make the best impression.
Students took part in a variety of activities and declared the event a success - "Working with real business people made a huge difference" said one student, "I've found out loads about what to do even before I go to the interview!"
