The premises that The Head Salon at 50 Aldwick Road in Aldwick, (www.theheadsalon.co.uk) occupies has, according to local people, always been a hairdressers of some description for many years. Not wishing to see the premises stand empty following the departure of the previous tenant, Les & Marion Misselbrook took over the lease two years ago and The Head Salon was in business.
The first year was about establishing the Salon, making a few changes and letting existing and potential clients know that the Salon was up and running. In that first year The Head Salon also launched the Nail Creation side of the business which caters for full sets to replacements and this is now a thriving aspect of the business.
The owners have always attempted to promote a Salon for all ages, offering all styles from traditional to the weird and wacky. Regardless of how obscure a style, whether it is hair or nails, the staff at The Head Salon will do their best to oblige as customer satisfaction is the key to the growth and success of the business.
The second year of trading brought about marketing in key areas within the town to increase their market penetration and awareness.
Now into its third year, The Head Salon goes from strength to strength and in addition to Hair and Nails, they now offer hand bags to suit all tastes, Hair Accessories whether it be scrunchies or clips and of course Salon Hair Care Products. Other products will be added in the coming months to fully support the ethos of giving the customer what they deserve. All the Staff at the salon are fully committed to make you our clients feel special from the moment you enter the salon until the moment you leave.
In recognition of this time of year the salon has added another late night to their opening times and clients can now book a Friday evening slot along with Tuesdays and Thursdays.
