Bespoke catering company Lime Food Design Ltd (based in Aldwick) are delighted to announce that they are the sole caterers exhibiting at next weeks Channel 4 Taste Festival at Regent’s Park in London from the 19th – 22nd June. Lime Food Design will be offering samples of their catering delights from afternoon teas to sophisticated canapés.

Lime Food Design will be offering the opportunity to win tickets to their annual Polo event with a draw for each session of the Festival. Lime wanted to use the event to demonstrate that extremely high quality food can be found not just in restaurants but in homes, gardens and offices alike – and for numbers that restaurants simply cannot manage!

Kevin Love, Head Chef at Lime Food Design, has an impressive CV having worked to the highest level at Michelin starred restaurants in Spain, France and the Pyrenees and he has also worked in London at two of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and been trained by Gordon himself. On top of all this he has worked with Heston Blumenthal who has been of huge inspiration to Kevin’s cooking.

With over 10 years experience in the events management industry and having to deal with caterers who just weren’t up to scratch, Lime Food Design was created to fill the gap for a London-influenced caterer in the South of England.
